About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Claims Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. This is a permanent role that offers a great work-life balance with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims (Public Liability) ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Provide assistance, advice, and support on complex claim files, including abuse/molestation claims, significant injury claims, and specialist in worker-to-worker claims.
  • Contribute to the development of the Injury Liability market profile through Best-in-Class claims service to our targeted market segment.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on policy interpretation and legislation as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing liability claims.
  • Insurance Claims experience.
  • Knowledge of Mainframe applications/IT & reporting systems used by Commercial Claims.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Ability to develop solutions and courses of action using information analysis.
