Highly Experienced Payroll Manager

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic payroll environment, supporting the organisation's success. As part of a leading healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services.
- Process payroll for approximately 700 staff on a fortnightly cycle.
- Calculate and report workers compensation liabilities.
- Reconcile Long Service Leave (LSL) accruals and payments.
- Administer salary increases and back payments.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Deliver end-to-end payroll processing with minimal errors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll management.
- Proficiency with major ERP systems.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
