High-quality nursing care is a top priority at our residential aged care home. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents with an individualized approach.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures, prioritizing their safety and well-being
- Act as Team Leader, providing coaching and supervision to the personal care team to ensure seamless collaboration and support
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to established policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices
- Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes, facilitating effective care planning and delivery
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues, enabling informed decision-making and resident-centered care
