Job Title:

Strategic Financial Systems Leader

Job Summary

As a senior-level financial systems leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance function at our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, security and robustness of finance systems, data and tools.
  • Support the finance team in developing and enhancing data analytics, management reporting and automation initiatives.
  • Project delivery in key areas supporting the finance roadmap, including tm1 cube redesign, ERP system implementation and reporting automation.
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance standards.
  • Lead a team of approximately 10 FTEs and build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in management financial reporting, analytics or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Finance qualification and/or experience is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with planning tools such as TM1 and ERP systems like JDE.
  • Strong understanding of business and ability to tailor effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and service providers.
  • Experience in driving transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions.
  • Collaborative mindset to build partnerships with others.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project-management skills.
  • High-impact self-starting individual with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
