Adult Program Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Adult Program Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist services to adults affected by family violence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of adults and provide appropriate forms of therapeutic intervention.
- Collaborate with clients, carers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of programs that incorporate multi-level assessments and interventions.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of family violence and its impact on adults.
- Ability to work effectively with complex needs and apply appropriate models of intervention.
- Professional judgment and initiative to make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
