As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers with account maintenance, applications, and other banking inquiries.
  • Conducting Financial Health Checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Offering personalized solutions through education and technology demonstrations.

We are seeking individuals with proven experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or retail. You should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate complex financial concepts, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
