Customer Experience Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that contributes to the store's sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities and ensure an attractive store display.
- Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
- Support customer purchases and returns at the register.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment by sharing knowledge and skills with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
