As a seasoned banking professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on personal banking products and services to meet the diverse needs of our clients
  • Maintain strong rapport with clients through regular meetings and communications, ensuring their financial goals are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service
  • Analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their unique financial objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in banking, preferably in a retail or commercial banking environment, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including lending, deposit accounts, investments and insurance, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • A high level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain the highest level of professionalism
