Grains Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grains Operations Specialist to drive growth and efficiency in our business. This permanent position will focus on developing staff through standardisation and consistent use of best practice operational management techniques.

  • Key responsibilities include identifying and developing site efficiencies, safety improvements, cost reductions and business development opportunities across multiple sites;
  • Driving continuous improvement as part of our operations strategy;
  • Assisting leaders in the efficient day-to-day operations and performance of the workforce, meeting critical operational standards and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems;
  • Driving a zero-harm safety culture and promoting a positive work environment.
About Your Experience

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to deliver high standards of operation at sites, exceptional communication and influencing skills, flexibility and willingness to travel weekly, and intermediate MS Office skills.
