As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients experiencing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in an acute mental health setting.
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient safety and promoting recovery.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatment and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be a registered or eligible Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. You should have completed a Board-approved program of study which includes an administration of medicines unit.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and committed to ongoing learning and professional development.

Salary Package

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our organisation and take advantage of a competitive salary package. The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,128 - $69,935 (pro rata) plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits.
