Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and at least 18 months of experience post-qualification in a small animal hospital.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians in providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing nursing procedures, and educating pet owners on proper care techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for both patients and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless patient care and client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- At least 18 months of experience post-qualification as a veterinary nurse in a small animal hospital
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
