The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at the Northern Adelaide Cancer Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for line management, coordination, and leadership of nursing/midwifery and/or multi-disciplinary team activities to achieve continuity and quality of patient/client care and outcomes.

About the Job
  • This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $121,537 - $126,970 per annum.
  • You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts, and negotiate.
  • An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse, and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential for this role.
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
