Civil Construction Estimator Opportunity

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Estimator to manage the full tender process for various projects.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing construction plans, drawings, and specifications, preparing detailed pricing schedules for tender submissions, managing minor earthworks and FRP scopes within estimates, developing construction schedules in MS Projects, drafting and submitting tender qualifications, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope and pricing accuracy.

About You:

  • A minimum of 25 years of experience in civil construction estimating is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle is essential.
  • Experience in minor earthworks and FRP methodologies is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and communication skills are crucial.
