Job Title: Graduate Energy Economist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Graduate Energy Economist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct economic research and analysis to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for gas resources.
  • Develop intelligence products such as data dashboards and summaries of industry trends.
  • Prepare clearly articulated analyses, reports, briefings, and correspondence relating to complex issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to ad hoc requests from senior staff.
  • Consider environmental, social, and governance implications for the evolution of Queensland's gas and thermal coal sectors.
  • Support delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring goals and milestones are met.
