
Ecological Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our vegetation management programs, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our operations.

Responsibilities- Oversee financial and operational management of vegetation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership to a team, promoting a vision and culture that drives productivity and business success.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and prioritise work programs that meet business obligations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external customers, and contractors to improve customer service and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and manage contractor performance to ensure work is delivered safely, meets quality standards, and complies with contractual requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in vegetation management practices.

- Is skilled in contractor management and performance oversight.
