Sky's Group Resilience team are a source of expert advice and support for the organisation. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, we provide analysis, insight and solutions that help to keep people, assets and sites safe across the Sky family.

What you'll do:

- Establish and lead a small team of H&S professionals to Transform how H&S supports the Sky Studios (Sky's function responsible for development and production of world beating content) and Sky new Elstree Studio.
- Provide day to day reactive support to Sky In house Productions and escalation for third party produced content. Ensuring that world class content is made safely and securely. Ensure that the team has required knowledge to support productions
- Establish and deliver a plan to Transform H&S in productions, primarily in Sky but with an eye on the wider Industry, seeking to ensure that industry standards represent Sky's best interests.
- Lead, run and coach a team of H&S professionals to identify and develop talent. Create a brilliant work environment for the team. Act as a knowledge centre for Production Safety and Security within Group Resilience and Sky.
- Continuously review and measure the effectiveness of policies and ensure that they are effective and correctly implemented.

What you'll bring:

- Excellent Health & Safety Knowledge. Including an excellent knowledge of the specifics of H&S within a TV/Film productions setting.
- Experience of fast paced and business critical environment, able to demonstrate decision making under pressure.
- Have the required skill to evolve into a dedicated manager, able to support, guide and develop both your team and others to deliver the Group Resilience strategy. Be flexible in your approach and be able to adapt your style and methods to get the best out of the teams you work with to successfully deliver.
- Great collaboration, influencing and team-working skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels. Confident, capable and credible in front of stakeholders
- Articulate and confident written ability
- The ability to be self-motivated and resilient
- Skills to be an authority of people and demonstrate skills to line manage
