About the Role

Bunnings is committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we operate. As the Activities Organiser, you will play a key role in driving meaningful participation in our local community groups. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate a variety of in-store and community-based activities that enhance the shopping experience for our customers and build relationships with local community groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and implement store activities, including kids' events, DIY workshops, supplier demonstrations, and family nights.
  • Visit local schools and community groups to deliver workshops and community projects.
  • Manage donations and fundraising activities for local schools and community groups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and serve as the primary point of contact at your local Bunnings store.
  • Promote and communicate store events and activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting and being involved in the community.
  • The ability to influence and motivate the team in-store.
  • Confidence in growing and maintaining relationships.
  • Creativity in designing and delivering workshops and activities.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan events and manage time effectively.
