Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy to maximize revenue and business profitability.
  • Manage the material planning strategy and all related supply chain activities for ANZ, with a focus on our Safety division.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  • Analyze and manage inventory levels, lead times, and capacity constraints to develop and execute a robust supply plan.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, demand fluctuation, production delays, and transportation disruptions.
  • Maintain a constant focus on cost control measures, with a particular focus on freight expenses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all demand and supply-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, and quality enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a safety-first approach in all activities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years' experience in planning and supply chain management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Purchasing, Material Planning (MRP) in a multiple plants environment, Logistics and Freight Management, Inventory Control.
  • Proficiency and demonstrated experience in SAP R/3 or following version SAP S4 HANA.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.
  • Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical, interpersonal, communication, organizational, task management skills.
