Your Role: As our new Head of HSIE, you will be responsible for teaching students to develop a better understanding of the world around them including history, culture and systems. You will also lead and motivate a highly skilled team of educational professionals.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator who can provide innovative strategic leadership and support to their faculty for sustained academic improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support your team's development and administration of inspiring learning programs and assessments.
  • Provide guidance on differentiated learning to cater for students' needs to maximise student learning.
  • Mentor and pastor students to help them better understand their purpose.
  • Ignite your passion for our Building Purposeful Lives (BPL) learning framework, embracing a learning powered approach to your teaching and learning.
  • Attentively monitor compliance with NESA requirements.
  • Discerningly manage the faculty budget.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this figure is based on national averages for similar positions in NSW.
