We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Centre Manager at G8 Education to join our team and oversee the operation of our licensed childcare centre.

Salary Package

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary between $83 K and $99 K per annum, plus access to an incentive program providing an annual bonus of up to 12.5% of annual base salary.

Job Description
  • Oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the professional development of the Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • An ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
