Cellular Therapies Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Grade 2 position.
This full-time, permanent role will involve working collaboratively with our Blood Transplant & Cellular Therapies team, supported by senior oncology nursing and allied teams, to provide expert clinical advice to patients, their families, and carers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transplant workup, donor search, and donor-related quality requirements to expedite the patient journey toward transplant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordination and supervision of stem cell collection and stem cell infusion as required
- Development and implementation of future advanced therapy models for both malignant and non-malignant applications
- Knowledge and development of clinical protocols based on guidelines from international bodies that regulate stem cell transplantation
The ideal candidate will have experience in blood banking, haematology, or related fields and a strong understanding of clinical protocols and procedures.
