Advanced Therapy Coordinator Role

The Blood Transplant and Cellular Therapies team at a leading healthcare network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Grade 2, Advanced Therapy Coordinator.

This full-time role involves collaborating with the BTCT team and working closely with senior oncology nursing and allied teams to support the development and implementation of innovative advanced therapy models for both malignant and non-malignant applications.

The successful applicant will provide expert clinical guidance to patients and their families, contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical management plans based on evidence and research, and play a key role in quality management.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical advice to patients, their family members, and carers.

  • Develop and evaluate clinical management plans based on evidence and research.

  • Collaborate with the BTCT team and other healthcare professionals to implement advanced therapy models.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to blood transplant and cellular therapies.

  • Ensure accurate records and data entry in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lead the planning, management, and evaluation of services related to blood transplant and cellular therapies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in blood transplant and cellular therapies, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, high-level organisational and time management skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
