Role Summary

The Wellbeing Leader will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and dedicated School Leadership team.

  • This is a part-time position working three days a week.
Key Responsibilities

As the Wellbeing Leader, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with senior school leaders to shape and implement a cohesive wellbeing curriculum.
  • Coordinate the whole-school implementation of RRRR as a Lead School facilitator.
  • Lead the Wellbeing team, liaising with the School Counsellor and MHiPS Leader.
  • Oversee the Transitions program for all High school transitions and incoming Prep students.
  • Contribute to the formation of the school's FIRE Carrier implementation.
  • Champion student wellbeing, child safety, and academic excellence, ensuring a holistic approach to education.
  • Engage with our school community, strengthening partnerships with families and parish to enrich the educational experience.
About You

A committed Catholic educational leader with a deep understanding of and alignment with the ethos and identity of Catholic education.

Proven leadership experience in curriculum development, social-emotional learning, and wellbeing initiatives.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead others.

A visionary leader ready to make a lasting impact on our school community.

Accreditation to Teach and Lead in a Catholic school.

Masters in Wellbeing (or actively working towards this).
