Educational Director

This is a challenging leadership position where you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality education to young children.
About the Role:- Lead and mentor a team of educators in delivering educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.
- Develop and implement curricula that foster children's holistic development.
- Mentor and coach educators in best practices inspired by contemporary educational theories.
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
- Have experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Director in childcare.
- Be willing to support and guide your team.
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate.
- Have excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
