You will design and implement activities tailored to age-appropriate stages of development, drawing upon your experience as a seasoned educator.
- Create educational programs based on a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Engage children through activities and experiences suitable for their age groups and developmental stages.
- Mentor educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation, serving as a role model and leader.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
- A Diploma/Bachelor qualification approved by ACECQA.
