Senior Educator Position">

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading the educational program in our centre, working collaboratively with your peers to provide high-quality care and education to children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the educational program in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to promote positive relationships and foster a sense of community within the centre.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all children.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational program by sharing best practices and participating in reflective practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
