Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Leading Educator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for driving curriculum excellence, mentoring educators, and building strong relationships with families and children.

You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver dynamic, flexible, and child-centred programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child. Your leadership and expertise will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's health, safety, and wellbeing.

In this role, you will also contribute to the development of our centre's education program, working closely with other educators and leaders to ensure that we are providing the highest quality care and education for our children.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
