About the Role

As our Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in guiding the learning journey of the children in your care. You'll lead by example, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where each child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Your Role Will Include

• Developing innovative and inclusive programs tailored to children's unique needs, using tools like All About Me forms to personalise their experiences.
  
• Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and your team, creating a true sense of community.
  
• Collaborating with your supportive team during team-building activities and staff meetings.
  
• Leading with compassion, positivity, and resilience to inspire those around you.
  
• Salary of between $75,000 - $77,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
  

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a kind-hearted, motivated individual who genuinely loves making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  
• A current Blue Card and first aid certification (or the willingness to obtain them).
  
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
  
• Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
  
• A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills, and a desire to grow within a team.
