We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Senior Educator. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's lives in Central and Regional Queensland regions.
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues is of utmost importance. The successful candidate will be passionate about leading a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practices in collaboration with the Education Leader.
- Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
- Contribute positively to delivering the Centre and business plans.
- Senior Educator Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Passion and enthusiasm for implementing the educational program effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families.
- Sustaining a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
