Executive Coach Opportunity

The coach will share expertise with CEOs and business owners, curate and operate groups of CEOs/business owners, facilitate group meetings, and mentor individual members.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized coaching to leading SME CEOs and business owners in Australia.
  • Facilitate powerful group sessions that help members gain breakthrough insights and performance improvements.
  • Select prospective members and guide them through the sign-up and onboarding process.
Requirements
  • A confident communicator able to speak the language of leaders, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional goals.
  • An independent learner who can empower CEOs to develop and grow.
