Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections between job seekers and businesses, leading to sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop impactful marketing and employer engagement strategies to drive employment success.
  • Motivate and engage jobseekers in suitable employment activities, empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation to meet compliance requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, parent groups, employers, and community service providers.
  • Navigate the region by traveling across various sites to support clients.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll possess:

  • Proven experience in business development, telemarketing, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and competent IT skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in the youth sector or Transition To Work (TTW) program is an advantage.
