About the Role

This position provides an opportunity to develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction, while also assisting with the administration and management of our Community of Practice. You will be responsible for monitoring workload distribution and addressing bottlenecks and workflow issues, ensuring that our team members have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor workload distribution and address bottlenecks and workflow issues.
  • Support team members conducting compliance checks to ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Assist with the administration and management of our Community of Practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to complex queries with timely documentation.
Requirements
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
