We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This is an ongoing position within the centralised administration function, providing administration support across various departments as required.

The successful candidate will report to the Administration Services Manager and provide a range of administrative support services, including:

  • Diary management support;
  • Coordinating engagements, RSVPs and meetings;
  • Coordinating correspondence and supply of briefing notes;
  • Supporting the Drs4Drs Program;
  • Collating and supplying board papers (x 4 meetings per year);
  • Organising meetings and travel/accommodation;

The Operations Support Specialist will also provide backup administration support as part of the centralised administration service delivery.

This is a key role that requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their skills and qualifications.
