Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and cloud infrastructure, with 12+ years of professional experience in software development.

This role requires the ability to design, plan, build, and maintain container infrastructure used by all service teams. You will also lead technical conversations and decision making with other infrastructure and backend teams, mentor and grow the next generation of technical leaders, participate in roadmap planning and prioritisation, debug production issues across services and levels of the stack, work on scaling, automation, reliability, and observability of infrastructure services.

  • Design and implement scalable and highly available infrastructure solutions
  • Lead cross-team projects and initiatives to improve infrastructure efficiency and reliability
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers
  • Participate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning
Requirements
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Strong background in networking and cloud infrastructure
  • 12+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Experience leading projects on a cross-team or company-wide scale
  • Experience with ops culture and a deep understanding of metrics, alarms, and dashboards
