Head Barista Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the entire coffee experience across all locations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in specialty coffee preparation, have a deep understanding of espresso equipment, brewing methods, and coffee trends, and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills.

  • Set the tone for a thoughtfully crafted coffee experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion the hotel's coffee program, from bean to cup, ensuring every detail reflects our standard of high-end luxury.
  • Craft elevated espresso and coffee beverages with consistency, care, and creativity.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of baristas—cultivating a culture of warmth, skill, and intuitive service.
  • Manage inventory, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Engage meaningfully with guests, offering recommendations and moments of connection through every cup.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or coffee role within a hospitality setting, leadership certification, and valid Food Safety Handling Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
