Skilled Coffee Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled coffee expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standards.
  • Provide professional and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the café area at all times.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering and rotation, in line with operational requirements.
  • Adhere to all workplace health, safety and hygiene standards.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated barista experience within a premium environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment operation, and beverage presentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A professional, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
