Job Description

As a skilled Network Monitoring Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering managed services and technical support across complex technology environments. This includes supporting network automation and monitoring platforms, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain clients' critical network and security toolsets and platforms.
  • Provide triage, incident management, and access control within an ITIL-based environment.
  • Support change control, release management, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service delivery outcomes.
  • Act as an escalation point for more complex incidents or troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in systems/network administration (Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP).
  • Networking knowledge with CCNA certification or above.
  • Familiarity with security operations and tools (e.g. Splunk, SIEM, vulnerability management).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
