As a Rostering Coordinator/Senior Administrator, you will be instrumental in shaping the staffing strategy for our new Aged Care Home in Melbourne, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage daily master rosters to optimize employee work availability.
  • Handle sick leave and leave requests with efficiency.
  • Coordinate backfilling and casual workforce, as well as labour hire workforce.
  • Collaborate with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and system forecasting capabilities.
  • Lead interactions with staff on site regarding allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and communication of shifts available.
  • Oversee training and access to the timekeeping system, including onboarding new employees on site systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of rostering information according to company policies and conduct standards.

You will bring?

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in staff (including contractors and labour hire) rostering.
  • Ability to work closely with operational teams and serve as a single point of contact for staffing information.
  • Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
  • Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
