Job Overview

This is a full-time ongoing position at our Parramatta South Campus. The Senior Executive Assistant delivers high-level support in a fast-paced executive environment, providing exposure to governance policy development and international partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage executive communications including drafting high-quality correspondence reports and briefings.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling diary management meetings and travel arrangements for domestic and international engagements.
  • Support the delivery of speeches media releases and the Chancellor's social media presence.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Board of Trustees University executives senior staff and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and prepare concise executive-level briefings.
  • Provide advice on sensitive issues ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.

You are an experienced executive professional with exceptional organisational skills able to manage complex scheduling coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth execution of all tasks and engagements.
