We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team on a 12 month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking partnerships from conceptualization to execution, applying innovative strategies that align with our organization's values.

You will apply your partnership acumen to deliver exceptional year-round partnerships with leading brands and sporting organizations, including the development of enviable business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execution of partnership strategies in collaboration with senior managers and directors.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships that meet predetermined goals.
  • Cultivating a pipeline of business opportunities through strategic planning and negotiation.
  • Preparing pitch materials and leading pitch opportunities to secure partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure best-in-class partner agreements.
  • Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of partnerships to drive growth and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial or marketing, with a proven track record in new business development and account management.
  • Ability to craft and deliver end-to-end marketing strategies and plans that drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and turn insights into actionable decisions.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-value commercial partnerships from concept to execution.
