**The Role**

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of the annual marketing strategy for Genesis Health and Fitness, including Coaching Zone and Reformer Pilates, in line with business objectives.

You will develop/ refine brand propositions and create brand campaign for key brands including Genesis Health and Fitness, Coaching Zone, Reformer Pilates and develop creative guides to ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints (together with marketing, campaign manager, digital team and graphic designer).

Conduct training to ensure resource use is optimised and aligned with brand values in-venue while continually monitor competitive activity to ensure the business remains competitive - together with marketing and campaign manager

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 1 year+ marketing experience
- Strong in content curation and social media management (experience in Oktopost preferred, but not essential)
- Experience in the following platforms is ideal but not essential. All training will be provided to support role responsibilities:

- Oktopost
- Click Dimensions
- Microsoft Dynamics
- GymSales
- Marketing Hub
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent (or studying)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Clear communication skills - verbal and written
- Agile and comfortable working on multiple projects at any one time
