About the Role




  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Facilitate customer engagement through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives
  • Track customer engagement and compile reports on feedback
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction through expert conflict resolution skills
  • Assist with client on-boarding and training processes
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent service standards


Requirements




  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency in using customer management software
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
