Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

At MedHealth, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Occupational Rehabilitation team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, both physical and psychological, and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to manage cases, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes. You will work closely with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Collaboration with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals is essential to achieving the best possible outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A tertiary qualification in Nursing or Social Work is required, along with registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
