Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver resident meal service by assisting with meal preparation, providing quality dining experiences, and supporting residents as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself, your peers, and residents, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and support to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - desirable but not essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
