Job Title: Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality manager to lead our team of staff in providing high-quality food and beverage services to residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in menu planning, food safety and quality control. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including ordering supplies, managing inventory and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents
  • Ensuring all food preparation and serving meets high standards of quality and safety
  • Managing kitchen staff and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (or similar)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
