About This Role

We are seeking a Culinary Service Provider to prepare high-quality food and deliver exceptional dining services to residents in a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Assist with meal preparation, ensure quality, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a cooperative team spirit by supporting peers
  • Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for providing exceptional care and service to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • A Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience
  • A good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse people
  • The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
