Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing HR expertise and solutions, and assisting management and staff on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices. This includes supporting capacity building of Stride leaders in people management practices through coaching, as well as managing workers compensation claims and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate a safe return to work.

Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR generalist advisory capacity, preferably within community services, health-related or not-for-profit environments
  • High-level communications skills, including the ability to coach and influence on people management topics and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service focus, anticipating and meeting internal customer needs as a strong and experienced relationship manager
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines while working across multiple tasks and projects
