","About the Role","

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Renewable Energy Transactions Specialist. The successful candidate will have experience in renewable energy transactions and projects, with a strong understanding of commercial law and risk management.

  • EPC contracts, supply and install contracts, balance of plant contracts, PPAs/offtake agreements, connection agreements, and O&M agreements.
  • Land acquisitions and planning approvals.
  • General commercial contracts and matters, including NDAs, consultancy agreements, services agreements, disputes.

","Key Responsibilities","
  • Advising on renewable energy transactions and projects.
  • Providing general legal support to the team.
  • Managing external legal advisers, including allocating resources and skills between internal and external counsel.
","Requirements","
  • Fully qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE.
  • Demonstrated experience providing advice on energy or infrastructure projects in Australia.
  • Experience in large or specialised law firm and/or experience in-house at an energy or infrastructure company.
