Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery and safety of aircraft maintenance events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize Base Maintenance planning and ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Manage rescheduling of deferred and emergent maintenance, utilizing Interval Extension Requests, Engineering Orders, Deferred Defects, and Special Maintenance Requirements to prevent impact on other work.
  • Review and maintain maintenance work packs during events, analyze production data, and participate in process improvements, quality, and safety investigations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient analytical planner with hands-on experience in Base Maintenance and a solid understanding of regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to translate constraints into executable plans.
  • Experience in a Base Maintenance environment and familiarity with DASR Part 145 requirements.
  • Knowledge of MRO systems (e.g., iFlight MRO / IDMR) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
