Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling is a critical function that supports the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet. The successful candidate will work closely with a large and inclusive team of technical experts focused on success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture, analyse and forecast aircraft maintenance related data to determine optimal use of resources and task scheduling.
  • Drive and support the operational workforce in achieving agreed performance indicators against the aircraft fleet plan.
  • Assist in the induction and delivery of scheduled aircraft.
  • Identify, report and propose resolutions for fleet plan variances.
  • Prepare, issue and audit maintenance work packages.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Intimate knowledge of aircraft technical documentation.
  • Experience using aircraft maintenance management systems and software.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to work in multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience using CAMM2 as a Data Manager.
  • Experience in a deeper maintenance aircraft environment.
  • Experience using Primavera or other similar scheduling software.
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP System, and/or Tableau software.
  • Experience working in a Defence/military environment.
